Director of Business Development

Mark has enjoyed helping hundreds of different charities, of all shapes and sizes, achieve their goals over the last 15 years. With experience leading delivery and operational teams on both sides of the fence, Mark is unique poised to provide genuine guidance to NGOs, empowering them to reach their full potential.

Having co-founded DonorCare in 2018, his primary focus in the organisation is mentoring the team to strive in providing exceptional customer experiences. While seeking new opportunities to serve existing clients and new prospects alike.

In his leisure time, Mark enjoys participating in sporting activities, such as tennis, walking his dog and off-roading.

Ben is passionate about helping good causes increase their impact. With a background in fundraising, Ben spent many years in senior leadership, directly responsible for over £40 million income, he knows first-hand that the greatest successes for not-for-profits come as a result of innovation and forward thinking.

Leah has over 8 years of experience working within the nonprofit and charity sectors. She’s our fundraising & events specialist alongside working with the DonorCare team to up-skill our clients and create a greater impact for their organisation. She loves enabling all-important fundraising initiatives that begin as a simple idea with your morning coffee.

Mateusz Przybysz

Mateusz Przybysz

CRM Data Manager

Mat joined DonorCare in 2019. Having previously worked for a charity, he takes a wide view of CRM systems to help organisations with technical operations like data migration. He’s passionate about helping not-for-profit professionals reach their full potential by understanding their database.

In his spare time, Mat is likely to be found on the tennis court, reading or cooking.

CRM Consultant

James has over twelve years of experience working in the charity sector in a variety of Supporter Care and Data and Insight roles, having previously worked in the finance sector. He is passionate about helping organisations get the most from their data and CRM systems. James has extensive experience tackling data quality issues, database management, training, gift aid and developing supporter care processes.
