About this course

Grow your Donorfy knowledge with Donorfy Training: Manage your Regular Givers.

During this 3-hour session, you will learn how to manage existing direct debits and standing orders for your constituents that are managed by external agencies. We will also look at how to create payment files for your donations. You will also have the opportunity to practice for yourself within our training environment.

Whether you are new to Donorfy, or simply need to refresh your knowledge, this course is for you.

Prerequisites

Before starting this course, if you are new to Donorfy we recommend taking our Donorfy Training: Fundamentals I and Fundamentals II training courses.
