"Although I’ve been in community fundraising for a number of years, this course has allowed me to feel refreshed about community fundraising after a challenging year for the sector. Having opportunities to discuss topics as a group was so inspirational – really made me think about the position of community fundraising within my own organisation and the potential we have as a team!"
Head of Community & Events, Richard House Children’s Hospice
"The course covered a wide range of community funding areas and gave examples of good practice and how this has been applied successfully by charities in the past. What I learned could be immediately applied to my current role. There were 4 participants and Leah had taken the time to tailor the course to the needs, experience and role of each of us. There was a good balance of talk and explanation from Leah with questions and contributions from us and we were all encouraged to communicate and learn from each other and share examples of our work."
