The new DonorCare. 

Since 2018, DonorCare have been working closely with charities to help them maximise their impact. Whilst every single organisation is unique, their needs are often very similar – they want to achieve more. They want to deliver more for their donors and their beneficiaries. They want to spend as much of every pound on their mission as possible. We take a huge amount of pride in the role we play in enabling this – whether it’s through our CRM & fundraising solutions, training or business intelligence.


The past three years have been a real roller coaster to say the least. We’ve had the pleasure of working with a range of inspirational organisations, but also navigated some significant challenges along the way.  In this time, we’ve grown from a ‘two-man band’ to a team of passionate, dedicated professionals. This has allowed us to enhance our services, so we can continue to fulfil the needs of our clients as they evolve. We can now provide a more complete service – supporting our clients in almost every aspect of their operations. Removing roadblocks, increasing efficiency and maximising impact.


With that in mind, we felt it was time to give the DonorCare brand an overhaul. To bring in something that reflected who we’ve become and where we’re going. Along with a rebrand, we’re also delighted to present our brand-new website


Something that’s weaved into both our new site and brand is the journey that we go on with our clients. It’s been hugely important to us never to take a transactional approach to the organisations we work with. We want to understand and build these relationships to be part of their journey moving forward.


This feels like an exciting stage of the DonorCare journey as we take everything that has got us to where we are into this next phase. We’ll continue to improve and develop our services and find new ways to help our clients fulfil their promises to their donors.
